Free travel on the LTG Link network, but you must buy a (free) FIP ticket before boarding.
FIP discounted tickets can be obtained from the LTG Link Customer Information Centre or from the tickets centres at Vilnius, Kaunas, Šiauliai and Klaipėda railway stations.

Opening hours: weekdays 06:00-20:00 CET (Central European Time).
Tickets are not sold if there is less than 5 minutes before the departure time.
When contacting the UAB “LTG Link” Customer Information Center via the above-mentioned contacts, you must provide the following information:
- First name, last name of the traveler(s)
- Indication of the carriage class as printed on the FIP discount card
- FIP discount card number
- Railway company for which the traveler(s) works or is (are) entitled to discounts according to the FIP regulations
- Your e-mail address
After receiving your data, the Customer Information Center will send you an electronic train ticket by e-mail.
