Tickets at the FIP rate can only be obtained at the ticket office or via the telephone reservation centre available in French and English.
The phone number is +33 1 84 94 36 35 follow the voice server instructions to be redirected to a booking agent.
Please confirm the travel dates and times, the number of passengers holding FIP facilities (and whether coupons or FIP cards), and the origin and
destination of your journey.
You will need to provide your telephone number, personal information and an e-mail address.
Once the tickets/reservations are confirmed, you will receive a PNR (booking confirmation reference) by e-mail and the eTicket.
When travelling by train, you will need to present the eTicket along with your FIP coupon or FIP card.
If you are using a travel voucher, you simply need to indicate the date on the voucher and you can travel on the train without making a seat reservation.
Please note that on TGV and Intercités trains, seat reservations are compulsory, so you must buy one by telephone or at the ticket office.
- Seat reservations on off-peak services are €1.70 in either 1st or 2nd class.
- Seat reservations on peak are €10.00 in 2nd class and €15.00 in 1st class.
Exception for Ile de France:
To travel on Transilien railway routes, you will need a Contremarque de Passage obtainable from the Transilien ticket office. The Contremarque de Passage is used for entry at the start of the journey and exit at the end.
Transilien is the branding identity covering the network of commuter services operated by SNCF in the Paris area.
Buy tickets:
If using FIP discounted tickets with the FIP International Reduced Rate Card, these tickets can only be purchased at Transilien ticket offices at railway stations (including tickets for use on the tramway services)
If you are travelling with a fip coupon, to travel on Transilien railway routes, you will need a Contremarque de Passage obtainable from the Transilien ticket office. The Contremarque de Passage is used for entry at the start of the journey and exit at the end.
